One name on your agreement, for good
Real defines your sponsor as the agent who most influenced your decision to join, by introducing you to the company and explaining how it works. That person is named in your Independent Contractor Agreement, and the name cannot be changed after you sign.
Naming a sponsor does not cost you anything. Your split is 85/15 either way. Revenue share is paid by Real out of its own portion of the commission.
So the real question is who you want in your corner. Pick someone who will answer your questions before you sign and keep answering them after.
