Sponsors must pay $450 in splits every rolling 6 months to receive rev share. New agents get a one-time 6-month grace period.

Lower cap plans stop paying Real sooner, so the tier maximums scale down (a $6K cap agent maxes at $2,000 at Tier 1). Co-sponsored agents pay each sponsor 50% and count as 0.5 toward unlocks. Real pays out at most 60% of its monthly split revenue; if that limit is hit, payouts are prorated. Use the payout factor to stress-test.

The rules behind the math

Rates and maximums

  • Tier 1: 5% of GCI, up to $4,000 per $12K capping agent
  • Tier 2: 4%, up to $3,200
  • Tier 3: 3%, up to $2,400
  • Tier 4: 2%, up to $1,600
  • Tier 5: 1%, up to $800
  • Paid only on splits to Real. Post-cap, CBR and brokerage fees do not count

Three ways to unlock

  • Tier 1 Producing Path: 5 / 15 / 20 / 25 producing Tier 1 agents open Tiers 2 / 3 / 4 / 5
  • Attractor Path: 750 / 1,000 / 1,500 agents in your network open Tiers 3 / 4 / 5
  • Producer Path: capping at $12K opens up to Tier 3, Elite opens up to Tier 5, until your cap resets
  • Drop below a threshold and the tier relocks
